This job requires a person who remains strategic and tactical, professional, organized, detail and task oriented, as well as precise, thorough, and collaborative.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Field Team Leadership**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field technicians, project managers, and subcontractors, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.

**Project Management**:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of field projects within budget and timeline constraints, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

**Resource Management**:

- Effectively allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements and timelines.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Implement and uphold rigorous quality control measures, ensuring that work is performed to the highest industry standards and client expectations.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure all field operations personnel and subcontractors adhere to safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

**Client Communication**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during project execution, maintaining open and effective communication to address any concerns and provide updates.

**Budget Control**:

- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and provide accurate financial reporting to upper management.

**Vendor and Subcontractor Management**:

- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring they meet performance and quality standards.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify areas for process improvement, create and implement best practices, and drive operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in field operations management in the physical and electronic security industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of security and technology systems is a plus.
- This position may require travel to project sites as needed.

**Requirements**:

- United States Citizenship
- Valid US Passport
- Active Driver’s License

- Security Clearances: This position requires a DOD Top Secret security clearance. Convergint Federal will sponsor the level of clearance required. However, it will be your responsibility to obtain and maintain your required level of clearance.
