**Responsibilities**:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a professional and friendly manner; assist guests with luggage ensuring prompt and efficient service- Provide information about Hotel and Casino amenities, services, and promotions- Safely transport guests’ luggage to and from their rooms while maintaining the security and confidentiality of the belongings- Communicate effectively with other Hotel and Casino staff to coordinate guest services- Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs promptly to ensure an enjoyable experience during their stay- Adhere to all security and safety regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bell Person or in a similar customer service role is preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Professional appearance and demeanor- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
