**The Role**:

- You'll be trained to be a **"Boot Expert"**. In that role you will use this expertise to educate, inform, inspire and service the customer.
- Engage and connect with our customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Partner with teammates on tasks, processes, merchandising and product flow opportunities.
- Perform register sales transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established cash control procedures and customer service guidelines.
- Take pride in the appearance of store and show initiative to keep displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized. In addition, you will secure all company assets under one’s control.
