Pest Control Technician

We are looking to add service technicians to our team. We are looking to add team members with a positive attitude, someone who has great communication skills, some one who is able to work independently an at the same time willing to help out the team. We provide an essential service to our customers, but more importantly, we bring peace of mind knowing their issues are getting addressed

We are also looking to add a Branch III tech to our termite devision, 1 year minimum experience. If you have experience in termite treatment or wood repair, its a plus

Full time position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

One Saturday a month

We offer PTO- paid holiday, paid sick days, paid vacation, commission on sales. Uniforms, equipment, phone and vehicle provided as part of the position.

Job Summary
- communicate with customers for any concerns.
- perform thorough inspections of customer homes and/or businesses
- perform treatments of customer homes and/or businesses based on activity found
- prepare proposals and presentations based on inspection to obtain sales
- educate and communicate with customers on services
- have a responsibility in meeting sale and production goals
- crawl in attics, and crawl spaces
- Will occasionally work at heights
- Achieving a monthly sales quota

**Requirements**:

- 1 year pest control experience (preferred)
- Great customer service skills are a must (we love our customers)
- Positive attitude
- Solid work ethics
- Well Organized
- Able to lift 40lbs minimum, pull & climb ladders
- Driver License with a clean driving record last 5 years

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8am
- 5pm
- One Saturday a Month during peak season

Great sales skills give the opportunity to make more money

Pay Start $20- for Branch 2 licensed Applicant + Sales Commission

Pay Starts at $22 for Branch 3 licensed Applicant + Sales Commission

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
