Responsible for the coordination and development of banking activities, ensuring a full range of private banking services are provided to individuals.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Meets the credit needs of individuals seeking secured or unsecured loans.
- Provides deposit related services to customers.
- Cross sells retail and trust services.
- Calls on potential and existing customers to develop new business by promoting company services and products.
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Completes all compliance training related to the position.

**NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

Performs all other duties as assigned.

**EXPERIENCE/SKILLS**
- Two (2) - three (3) years lending experience, preferably with at least one (1) year in business lending.
- Knowledge of trust products and services.
- Strong sales and proactive calling skills.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to network with bankers in developing new business opportunities. Good PC skills
-proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
- Highly motivated.
- Professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

**EDUCATION**

Bachelors Degree preferred.

**TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS**

Ability to travel to off-site locations for meetings, projects, seminars, etc., as well as ability to travel overnight.
