Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Accounts receivable functions
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers
- Year end preparation of files and file maintenance
- Support the team with administrative tasks

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in accounting software. Appfolio software experience is a plus
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of technical accounting principles
- Experience with general ledger accounting
