**Summary/Objectives**:
Trewon is seeking a committed Evaluation Associate I to help support our federal client and team.The Evaluation Associate I will work closely with a Principal/Senior Evaluator to support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities. This role requires organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Under close supervision of a Principle Investigator/Senior Evaluator, support senior staff in data and evidence collection activities, including preparing data collection tools, conducting literature review searches, and administering surveys, focus groups, interviews, etc.
- Assist in the development of basic evaluation frameworks and logístical aspects of evaluation projects, such as scheduling interviews/focus groups, maintaining records and documents, and maintaining and cleaning data.
- Support qualitative and quantitative analysis using data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Atlas.ti, NVivo, Stata/R), including basic descriptive statistics and qualitative coding with consistency and interrater reliability.
- Assist in writing reports, memos, evaluation study plans, etc., including basic formatting and data visualization (e.g., bar charts, tables).
- Work on multiple projects or tasks as assigned by their supervisor.

- Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple simultaneous efforts.
- Proficiency in virtual communication tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in supporting Federal Government agencies, community-based organizations, or direct customer-facing projects.
- Effectively lead others to achieve shared goals through cooperation, sharing knowledge, joint problem-solving, and celebrating success.
- Basic Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, including formatting, designing basic quantitative graphs/figures, and slide design, if needed.
- Proven understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
