General Laborer

**General Laborer**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Have general knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used in construction work.
- Handle/lift up to 50 lbs., carry ladders, work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
- Move, load, or unload materials.
- Work near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that includes inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt.
- Perform work and assist in a wide range of physically demanding construction tasks including framing and drywall, masonry and painting, insulation, flooring installation, and roofing.
- Perform installation and maintenance of new construction, build-outs, and other projects.
- Ensure a clean and safe work site.
- Clean job sites including removal of waste.
- Time-management skills to meet deadlines and ensuring construction phases are completed on time so that the next phase can start.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record to drive company vehicles.
- Read plans and execute appropriately.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- General construction knowledge and terminology.
