**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Order Management**:

- Receive and review restaurant orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Pack orders securely and accurately, ensuring all items are included and properly labeled.
- ** Loading**:

- Load packed orders onto the delivery truck, ensuring safe and secure placement to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify loaded items against the delivery schedule and packing list.
- ** Delivery**:

- Follow a designated route to deliver orders to specified restaurants on route.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders, adhering to the schedule and route provided.
- Unload orders at each restaurant, verifying delivery accuracy with restaurant staff.
- ** Customer Service**:

- Interact professionally and courteously with restaurant staff.
- Address and resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
- ** Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Perform routine checks on the delivery truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the Logistics Manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery truck.
- ** Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety and delivery protocols, including traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required by the company.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to speak Spanish and English preferred.
- ** Experience**:

- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
- Experience working in a commissary or food service environment is a plus.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- ** Licenses**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Requires frequent lifting, bending, and moving of heavy items.
- Operates primarily in a delivery truck and at various restaurant locations.
