**OUR CLIENT**

Our client is a minority-founded New York-based private debt firm with $6 BIL in AUM. They invest in companies with EBITDA between $5-$75 million that operate in the Technology & Telecommunications, Healthcare, Business Services, Transportation & Logistics and Franchising industries. They invest capital across first and second lien term loans, unitranche facilities, mezzanine investments and minority equity positions, and are focused on U.S.based family, founder and entrepreneur-owned businesses.

**THE ROLE**

Our client is seeking a Head of Portfolio Management within the Risk Group to lead the Portfolio Management team, which is the central point of oversight and contact, with a focus on analytical activities, portfolio monitoring, and risk management. The team liaises across the Investments team, Finance, Investor Relations, Legal and Compliance, and other functions. This position will report to the Chief Credit Officer.

**DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?**
- You 8-10 years of relevant experience, ideally from the portfolio management team at another private credit platform.
- Strong analytical capabilities and direct experience working with/on ad hoc analytical projects including portfolio/ market data analysis, reporting and stress testing
- Strong understanding of financial statement reporting including the ability to interpret financial data and to calculate financial ratios
- Ability to establish controlled process to evaluate credit risk, benchmark tools against market, and identify areas for operational improvement or organizational change
- Experience working closely with management finance team, including CFO and FP&A
- Ability to provide analytical support to senior team members in connection with identifying credit issues within the credit portfolio.

**COMPENSATION**
- $550k (base + bonus)
