Robertson’s Ready Mix is seeking for a skilled and experienced Plant Quarry Maintenance Technician to join our team in Southern California. As a maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment and facilities at our quarry plant, ensuring safe and efficient operation in accordance with industry standards. **Responsibilities**
- Perform routing maintenance on all equipment and facilities, including crushers, screens, conveyors, and other quarry machinery.
- Trouble shoot and identify electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic problems.
- Diagnose and repair equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner to minimizes downtime.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and fall protection.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all work performed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in plant quarry maintenance or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read an interpret schematics and blueprints.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Must have a valid drivers license with reliable transportation.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
