**Job Purpose**
- Accounting documents all financial transactions and prepares the financial statements. Provides Finance support to business units and executes enterprise level reporting. This Position supports the production of reports and analysis critical to the ongoing operation of the Credit Union. Position supports the ongoing financial reporting and analysis activities of the Credit Union. Responsible for presenting and interpreting models in support of strategic planning, annual budget, product pricing, asset liability management and investment activity. Support the Accounting team with various reconcilements as well as HR Benefits billings. Works closely with the Analyst Team to support and cross-train on critical responsibilities.**Key Accountabilities**
- Technical and analytical skills to identify correlations between various groups of complex financial data
- Develop Honda Federal Credit Unions business plan projections and monitor performance. Support the budget process.
- Work with Management Team providing assistance in various projects, monthly reports and product pricing
- Provide assistance to accounting team on various projects and reconcilements
- Provide input and interpretation on Asset Liability risk (ie: IRR,Liquidity,NEV) analysis

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**
- BS degree in business with concentration in finance, accounting or business administration
- 3 to 5 years working in the financial industry.
- Self-starter able to work autonomously.
- Skilled in verbal and written communication
- MS (word/excel)
