**Job Summary**:
The Global Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage the company’s overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations to maximize process efficiency and productivity. This role will play a crucial part in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors, ensuring that the company’s supply chain is efficient and effective throughout all stages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Supply Chain Strategy**: Develop and implement a global supply chain strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
- ** Vendor Management**: Identify and qualify new vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and delivery.
- ** Logistics Management**: Oversee the logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of products.
- ** Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels to minimize costs and ensure product availability. Implement inventory control policies and procedures.
- ** Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to address disruptions.
- ** Data Analysis**: Use data and analytics to forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize supply chain operations.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations regarding shipping, customs, and import/export.
- ** Technology Integration**: Leverage technology to improve supply chain visibility, track performance, and enhance decision-making.
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- ** Sustainability Initiatives**: Implement sustainable practices within the supply chain to minimize environmental impact and promote corporate social responsibility.
- ** Cost Management**: Manage supply chain budgets and work to reduce costs while maintaining quality and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices, and tools.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Relentless sense of ownership, curiosity, and initiative and a self-starter mindset
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for work

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

- The estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $165,000.
- Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in a bonus and equity plan.
