Keep the carrier. Lose the headache Our Tech Services Specialist directly supports our mobile clients. They provide customized solutions to clients including provisioning and recycling devices, inventory management and responding to Client requests. While primarily a client-facing role, this position also has internal end-user IT responsibilities including assisting with managing partner relationships (IT MSP and shipping vendors), internal IT technical support, employee on-and-off boarding, and internal inventory management.

**As our Tech Services Specialist, you will**:

- Manage clients’ mobile devices including kitting accessories, inventory management, provisioning, and recycling per client specifications.
- Prepare devices for shipment to customer’s specification.
- Effectively communicate with clients to ensure that they have a positive experience.
- Maintain the request Queue and your individual KPIs and metrics.
- Incident Management; resolve client issues and assist with updating procedures accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional support groups on requests and projects, for both Internal IT and external Clients.
- Routinely communicate status updates on long-term projects and exercise consistent follow up.
- Act as a proactive voice to inform leadership of observed internal IT or client procedural issues.
- Assist with the technical needs of internal employees including technical support, computer setup, system accesses and employee offboarding.
- Opportunities to learn Mobile Device Management solutions to better support clients.
- Work in our Baltimore office. The nature of this role requires on-site work.

**Requirements**:
**To be our Tech Services Specialist, you will need**:

- At least one year of experience in a role providing support in an IT help desk environment or equivalent experience with a managed service provider.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred or equivalent experience.
- Amazing, top of the line, customer service skills with a focus on resolution and follow through.
- Strong technical aptitude, especially with mobile devices preferred. This role, however, is not a highly technical (system administrator) role.
- Team player mentality, able to work with all people.
- Desire to learn and willingness to always help.
- Reliably perform job-related tasks, finishing assigned projects to meet deadlines.
- Skilled at developing positive relationships and rapport with all clients and LINQ team members.
- Ability to think analytically to identify trends and take appropriate actions.
- Demonstrated detail orientation, organizational, prioritization and time management skills; experience building daily/weekly structure in schedule.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs and performance requirements.
- Experience with CRM software or Salesforce a plus.
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability and willingness to work in our Baltimore, Maryland-based headquarters office.
