Assistant Manager

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team at our Doggie Daycare Facility as an Assistant Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the staff and operations at this location. Providing exceptional leadership skills leading and inspiring the team. Holding everyone accountable in following through with the Golden Wood standards and providing exceptional customer care service to the pet owners. Hourly rate: $21-$23/hr (tips included).

**Duties**:

- Leading a team well.
- Clear communication with your staff and with the Regional Team (who manages all locations).
- Professional communication with the pet owners.
- Handling dogs - assisting cleaning kennels & daycare as needed.
- Oversight of facility: making sure cleanliness, client care, and pet care are held at Golden Wood’s standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous management experience.
- Vet care or doggie daycare experience is a PLUS
- Attention to detail.
- Customer service experience.
- Leadership skills.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 45 per week
