**Overview**:
The Sort Supervisor manages the sorting operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of packages and materials. This role involves supervising a team of sorters, upholding safety and quality standards, and collaborating with management to improve processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of sorters.
- Oversee daily sorting operations and adjust workflows to meet targets.
- Conduct training on sorting procedures and safety protocols.
- Ensure sorting standards and quality control measures are met.
- Enforce safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Maintain records of sorting activities and prepare reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- ** Experience**: 2-3 years in a warehouse environment; supervisory experience preferred.
- ** Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in warehouse management systems.
- ** Physical**: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items up to 50 pounds.
