Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure a clean and sanitary environment
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that housekeeping needs are met
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order additional supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle any guest or employee complaints regarding cleanliness or maintenance issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
