Clubhouse Attendant

We are looking for a Seasonal Clubhouse Attendant at two of our beautiful apartment communities, located in Kenosha, Wisconsin.

**Job Task Summary**:
We are seeking to hire a reliable clubhouse attendant to manage the swimming pool and clubhouse area. In this role, you will be required to welcome and attend to our guests, enforce rules and regulations, among other duties. This position is seasonal from May through September.

Salary: $15-$16

To be a successful pool attendant, you will need to have excellent customer service skills.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that the swimming pool, furniture, and facilities are clean.
- Maintain the cleanliness of clubhouse and surrounding grounds.
- Enforcing safety protocols as set out by the state and/or management office.
- Reporting any damages or incidences to the supervisor.
- Monitor the pool.
- Assist in community events.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to move and lift heavy furniture and equipment.
- Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
- Weekends, holidays, and evening hours are required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to maintain logs and records.
