**About the role**:
Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company that will inspire you and empower you to shine? Join us as the Director, Contract & Pricing (C&P) Compliance in Exton, PA. This position reports into the Vice President, Contracts and Pricing.

**How you will contribute**:

- Risk management and compliance; identify risk and advise, react to changing objectives and regulatory requirements, coordinate activities with other compliance functions.
- Establish control and monitoring programs for Contracts & Pricing (C&P) and USBU Controllership functions; use a risk based approach to strategic and operational activities, support operational excellence through enhanced principles, policy standards, procedures, processes, systems, and tools to manage, monitor, and support operational compliance activities.
- Report to Senior Management; success of compliance programs, how compliance is achieved, any compliance concerns and mitigation activities.
- Support core business objectives; mitigate costs and uncertainty, reduce administrative burden on functional groups, support a culture of compliance through people, process and technology.
- Implement and manage a compliance program for C&P and USBU Finance Controllership functions.
- Effectively support operational functions to mitigate risk and be in conformance with laws, regulations, contracts, policies, specifications, and standards as applicable.
- Oversight; develop and monitor control streams to prevent or detect deviations or to mitigate risk as needed, regularly review procedures, practices, and documents to evaluate continued effectiveness. Provide education as needed
- Report for high risk areas; program effectiveness, risks, priorities, and mitigation activities. Communicate regularly with other compliance functions.
- Impact analysis to determine level of risk for changes in strategy, competitive landscape, laws, regulations, and other events.
- Assess GTN and reimbursement technologies across USBU organization, to ensure all financial activities are performed in accordance to GAAP rules.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, review reports to identify any inconsistencies, deficiencies or areas needing additional information.
- Responds to inquiries concerning policies and procedures pertaining to departmental operations.

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree minimum requirement, master’s degree preferred (preference for Finance, Health Administration or Law)
- 10+ years of business experience, 5+ years at management level and prior experience in Managed Markets and/or Finance
- Anticipates and prepares for specific future opportunities or obstacles, calculating appropriate associated risks
- Ability to think through how decisions will impact Takeda, customer and stakeholders prior to execution.
- Proven track record of leading and driving business process transformation and organizational culture change as well as delivering on programs with complex business deliverables
- Strong judge of talent with the ability to make tough talent decisions.
- Health care business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the Pharmaceutical industry, specifically Managed Markets and Finance
