**About us**

WILSON'S RESIDENTIAL HOMES, LLC provides housing for individuals with Developmental Disabilities (DD Waiver) on a 24/hour basis. We provide quality services to all of our clients and promote a health way of life. That's why we only hire top notch staff that's serious about their healthcare career and providing servicing our clients.

W. R. Homes, LLC is looking to hire two PCA’s to work with one of our loving clients on a 1 to 1 basis. This individual is Autistic, non-verbal and exhibits behavior issues from time to time. Our individual is also very loving, caring and likes to assist staff with daily task. He knows some ASL but is not fluent in it. He likes to go out for rides daily and is very active in the community. He requires lots of redirection at times and has to constantly be watched within arm to arm's length.

WRH is looking to hire someone that's fluent in ASL or is willing to learn. This roll will start out as a Residential DSP and could lead to a Community Coacher as well.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Caregiving: 5 years (preferred)
- Dealing with mental health consumers: 5 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- PCA (preferred)
- CNA (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Night Shift (preferred)
- Day Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)

Work Location: Multiple locations
