Pizza Maker

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pizza Cook to join our team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas according to our recipes and customer preferences. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
- Prepare pizza dough, toppings, and sauces
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Adhere to food safety standards and guidelines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, preferably in the food industry
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Cash handling experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar cash register systems is an advantage
- Ability to upsell menu items and provide exceptional customer service
