Strength Pilates Instructor

We are seeking knowledgeable and energetic Strength/HIIT-Pilates fitness instructors with a passion for people Spiked Wellness’ LA location will offer both spin and lagree classes. You will be responsible for planning and leading various level Lagree/pilates classes for small groups or 1-1 classes. While we want our classes to be challenging, we place an emphasis on safety and meeting our members’ individual fitness levels and needs, so you need to be proficient in modifications and variations for different fitness levels and conditions.

While we want our classes to be challenging, we place an emphasis on safety and meeting our members’ individual fitness levels and needs, so you need to be proficient in modifications and variations for different fitness levels and conditions.**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a wide variety of classes to clients
- Develop classes that are physically challenging while keeping clients engaged and safe
- Promote other classes offered at the studio
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with studio policies
- Interact and assist clients- Current certification for instructing at least: Lagree Fitness - Athletic Style Pilates - Pilates
- _Experience in other fitness disciplines such as spin, yoga, personal training is a plus_
- At least 1 year of experience teaching group classes
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
- A love for helping people become the best version of themselves
