**Role**:Responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank Secrecy Act Compliance

Program. Ensures credit union complies with BSA rules and regulations.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**:Performs various quality control reviews and monitoring in the area of Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC and Customer Identification Program compliance using industry standard and regulatory guidance sampling methods.

**Knowledge and Skills**:Experience Three years to five years of similar or related experience.

**Education**: A two year college degree or, Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or, Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.

**Interpersonal Skills**: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.

**Other Skills**:
1. Maintain BSA Certification status

2. Must have above average listening, verbal and written communication skills and

organizational skills.

3. Maintain a dependable record of attendance and timeliness, along with a professional

appearance.

4. Ability to operate general office equipment such as copier, computer and other credit union

provided equipment.

5. Must be able to operate related computer software as provided by the credit union.

6. Ability to generate essential reports and interpret data.

7. Ability to address and resolve member issues and problems in a manner that produces a

positive outcome.

8. Have knowledge of the fundamentals of the financial industry, including the basic processes

of other departments and branches.

9. Self motivated, accountable approach, combined with strong sense of teamwork.
