San Diego Brainworks is looking to hire a highly motivated Therapist.

- Provision Of Individual Therapy, Group Facilitation, Family Therapy, Therapeutic Support, And Coordination Of Care With Other Members Of The Client’s Treatment Team
- Other Job Components Include Clinical Assessments, Ongoing Utilization Management, And Ongoing Participation Within A Multidisciplinary Treatment Team. Schedules May Include Day, Evening Shifts
- Utilizing Knowledge Of A Variety Of Therapeutic Models And Theories
- Understand And Plan Intervention Strategies For A Variety Of Patients
- Monitoring Patient Progress And Making Changes To The Therapeutic Approach And Best Practice, Evidenced Based Interventions Based On Patient Response To Treatment
- Possibility of facilitating Group Therapy Sessions At The Residential Facility As Well As PHP/IOP/OP Location
- Counseling Or Group Facilitating Experience In The Substance Abuse/Mental Health Field

*Provision of evidence-based treatments including but not limited to DBT, CBT, ACT, exposure-based therapies and/or other sub-specialty training preferred

*Provide therapy in the following areas: ADHD/Anxiety/Depression/Autism Spectrum
- Participate In Clinical Team Meetings

**Job Requirements**

*Master’s Degree Or Higher

*CPR Certification

*Legal Documentation Of The Ability To Work In The State Of California

*Ability To Pass A Background Check

*Ability to work Monday through Friday in multiple locations

*Ability to commute/relocate: San Diego, CA (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting the position)

*Experience working with ADHD/Anxiety/Depression/Autism Spectrum

*Experience working with children, teens, and adults
