Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Merchandiser to join our team. As a merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our tortilla products are well-presented and stocked in retail stores. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Merchandising**: Arrange and display tortilla products on shelves, ensuring they are visually appealing and follow company guidelines.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and rotate products to maintain freshness.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish positive relationships with store managers and staff to ensure smooth product placement and resolve any issues.
- **Product Knowledge**: Educate store employees about our tortilla products and promotions.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on stock levels, sales, and merchandising activities via pictures through various Google Mobile apps.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous merchandising experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation (you’ll need to travel between stores).
- Ability to lift and move Chip boxes and Crates of tortilla products (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong communication and organizational skills

**Schedule**: Flexible part-time hours, initially ranging from 5 to 10 hours per week, with potential for increased hours based on demonstrated proficiency and reliability. Weekends & mornings shifts are required.

**Compensation**: Based on a per-store rate, offering a competitive hourly wage with the guaranteed potential for increased earnings if responsibilities & tasks are completed quickly and efficiently. Basically the faster you work, the more you earn
