We are looking for talented, motivated _**Logistics Crew Leads **_to join the Interstate team The Crew Leads will provide logístical project support to our commercial projects in the DMV area. Additionally, the Crew Lead will supervise between 5-10 movers, packers, and helpers, coordinating the crew's efforts to ensure the project work is effective, on schedule, and safe.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, may include some weekends as needed. The crew generally begins work M-F at 7 AM and is finished when work is done for the day. Opportunity for OT pay (any time over 40 hours per week)._

**REQUIREMENTS**
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must have demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- Must be able to communicate with customers/clientele and maintain a strong customer-focused working relationship.
- Must have familiarity or be willing to learn how to plan and execute project work plans based on schedules, revising as needed to meet requirements for projects.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
- Commercial or Household Goods Relocation: 2 years (required)

Ability to Commute:
