**ARE YOU THE CAREGIVER - DSP OUR TEAM NEEDS?**

Ask yourself: Are you passionate about helping others lead fulfilling lives? Can you actively listen and advocate for the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities? Do you possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact? If yes and you meet the following requirements, we need you as our Caregiver - DSP
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Willingness to learn and let go of preconceived notions about what is possible for people with developmental disabilities
- Valid driver's license
- Insured and operational vehicle to use for this position

**WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE?**

As a Caregiver - DSP, you play a vital role in positively impacting the life of an incredible individual. You provide support to our autistic client as she goes to work and performs clerical and administrative tasks. Your experience with individuals on the spectrum is invaluable in helping her excel in his job. By fostering social interactions and meaningful relationships, you help her connect with the people around her and achieve a deeper, more fulfilling life. The reward of friendship with this kind and gentle soul makes your work truly fulfilling.

**WORK SCHEDULE**

At Life Works, we support individuals 24 hours a day, and while we don't have a "typical" schedule, we are currently looking for someone who can fill one **or** more of these shifts:
Tuesday - Friday, 10 PM - 8 AM
Tuesday and Wednesday, 8 AM - 4 PM
Saturday and Sunday, 4 PM - 10 PM
