Fish Cutter

**Job description**

Attendance and reliability are extremely important.

There are a variety of duties, depending on the department in which the employee is placed.

We have space in our DSD Fish Cutting department and on 1st.

**Job Duties**:

- Cutting and fillet fish.
- Ensure that orders are accurate.
- Grading Scallops.
- Lift boxes and move needed product.
- Operate handling equipment, following safety requirements.
- Ensure warehouse and production goals are met.
- Maintain a high level of health and safety requirements.
- Ensure warehouse and production goals are met.
- Maintain a high level of health and safety standards.
- Shrink wraps products to pallets.
- Packs warehouse orders as necessary.
- Performs other general warehouse duties as needed.

**Order Picker Skills and qualifications**:

- Previous experience preferred fish or meat cutting.
- Ability to work in a cold/wet area is a must.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stay on feet for long periods of time.
