**Salary range**: $80,000 to $110,000
- **Clearance required**: Must have Secret Clearance

The Site Coordinator will be responsible for executing project schedules, interfacing with subcontractors, and managing project requirements. As the site lead for the shore side technical requirements, you will oversee the XLUUV project status provide updates including issues and potential resolutions, support scheduling of port and shore assets and client relations. Additionally, the Site Lead will manage on-site facilities, attend coordination meetings, and ensure compliance with safety measures at the project site.

This is a technical position that is hands on while interfacing with subcontractors to execute operations. Not a manager but-site supervisor-operator.

**Require a minimum of Secret Clearance**

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate project schedule expectations clearly to subcontractors
- Evaluate project specifications and requirements
- Manage XLUUV technical requirements
- Support management of on-site facilities
- Coordinate purchase order requests
- Attend and conduct coordination meetings with the government
- Review, develop and coordinate project issues for delivery to government
- Coordinate pre-testing plans with Navy test agencies
- Ensure overall operational safety and compliance
- Primarily handle projects at Port Hueneme, California, requiring onsite presence
- Primary place of employment Port Hueneme, CA.
- Remote support for this effort is not authorized

**Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with US Navy—submariner sea and shore operations
- Port operations familiarity
- Material Handling Equipment (MHE) familiarity
- Ability to conduct, direct, supervise subcontractors
- Small boat operations familiarity
- Forklift qualified
- Crane operations experience
- Cargo handling knowledge
- Rigging and deck seamanship capabilities
