We are looking for a motivated individual with basic office and administrative experience.
- Assisting low-income tenant's with their **Section 8 requirements and re**certification** (_training provided_).
- Scheduling and interviewing prospective tenants.
- Being responsible for other Section 8 compliance tasks (_training provided_)
- Individual will need to communicate with tenants on a daily basis.
- Run monthly reports.
- Tenant follow-up and income verification.

**Requirements**:

- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, MS Excel-basic)
- Basic data entry
- **Bilingual a must, to assist English or Spanish speaking residents**.
- Need to have professional communication skills.
- The ability to self-manage, be organized, diligent, and detail oriented.

**Opportunity for growth. **Salary is negotiable depending on skill and experience.**

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
