Logistics Specialist

Battle Company manufactures laser tag equipment and our Flash Pads attraction for family fun centers, theme parks, and modern laser tag businesses around the world We are an innovative company, changing the way people experience live-action gaming with the most exciting gameplay features in the industry

**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer needs
- Manage data in computer systems and keep records organized
- Assemble and test newly manufactured equipment to product spec.
- Troubleshoot and service electronic equipment
- Report service-work for invoicing
- Package and ship orders
- Assist engineer with company projects
- Communicate with customers, supporting them with troubleshooting technical problems in the field and helping them with the RMA and repair process when needed
- Keep warehouse & parts inventory organized

**Qualifications**

Required
- Self-motivated
- Strong verbal, writing, & social skills
- Experience with electronics & shipping
- Mechanical skills, able to disassemble and reassemble products per drawings or other documents using common tools

**Compensation**
Begins at $17 - $18 per hour, based on experience
