The Services for New Americans team empowers resettled refugees to become independent and self-sufficient by connecting refugees to community services and facilitating community integration. The Workforce Resettlement Integration Coordinator will play a pivotal part in liaising between various stakeholders, streamlining our processes, and ensuring that all resettling individuals receive the support and guidance they need to successfully integrate into their new communities. In addition to provide direct support to members of the team, the coordinator is responsible for monitoring client outcomes and ensuring the quality, timeliness and documentation of those services and completion of required reports. The Coordinator engages in regular assessments of the community based on the area of focus and develops, and strengthens relationships with (1) human service agencies and other essential community partners, (2) state and federal funders.

**Essential Responsibilities**:
**_ Lead Case Management Team:_**
- Responsible for providing effective leadership to resettlement navigators and delivering quality services to the individuals served.
- Responsible for providing effective leadership to volunteers and interns as needed.
- Ensure all resettlement navigators, volunteers and interns receive supportive on boarding and training as needed.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and development to resettlement navigators, volunteers and interns.
- Interview, hire, orient, supervise and evaluate resettlement navigators
- Assist with orienting, supervising and evaluating volunteers and interns.
- Perform a variety of complicated tasks that require decision-making, judgment and confidentiality.

**_Partner Relations and Coordination:_**
- Assist with preparing local community partners, service providers, and key stakeholders, etc. for the resettlement of refugee populations.
- Serve as primary contact for human service agencies and social service organizations and refugees to facilitate access to services that promote the Social Determinants of Health.
- Depending on role, serve as secondary contact for local landlords: assist with securing housing for incoming clients and addressing landlord and/or client concerns as they arise.
- Oversee maintenance of relationships with social service organizations’ contacts through frequent communication and coordination.
- Attend and participate in service provider/community partner meetings.
- Network and develop relationships with potential providers.
- Provide and/or promote educational offerings to social service organizations regarding culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
- Promote the program through community networking and providing presentations; develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

**_Client Services:_**
- Follow assurance procedures regarding cases allocated by National Agency to the program.
- Ensure provision of all mandatory and core client services within required time period: track completion of services, follow up with case management team as needed.
- Serve as primary contact for clients with concerns.
- Ensure that clients have a resettlement plan developed and that case management team monitors client progress toward goals.
- Provide information and referrals to external programs and services.
- Coach and empower refugees to work toward self-sufficiency and to integrate into the community; adhering to timeframe requirements of the refugee program’s contracts.
- Support employment team as needed to help refugees obtain employment.
- Ensure payment of rent, utilities, etc. for clients.

**_Record Keeping, Reporting, Finances and Budgeting:_**
- Serve as primary point of contact for relevant funding agencies.
- Report to funders on individual client progress as well as overall program outcomes (average of 5 separate contracts among national, state and private funders).
- Ensures quality of Activate Care records associated with clients and services on an ongoing basis as well as monthly reviews.
- Complete, submit and maintain documentation in accordance with contractual standards and in a timely manner.
- Maintain information across multiple client database, including financial records, outreach notes, contacts and documents held for safekeeping on behalf of clients.
- Complete and file progress and other administrative reports according to program procedures and deadline.
- Oversee the tracking and distribution of client funds in accordance with contractual obligations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience required.
