Job Summary:
Our patients are elderly and complex and they need really attentive dedicated NP or PA.
**daily patient load average 12 patients and maximum 15 patients.**
**work hours 8-430 PM 4 days a week and 8 to 3 one day a week**
**salary increase of 8-10% or more per year for caring Provider **.
First year 3 weeks vacation and from Second year 4 weeks vacation( including cme and personal days)
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and other treatments
- Educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification
- State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
