**Position Overview**:
As a Custodian / Janitor at Goldstein Buick GMC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our dealership's showrooms, offices, shops and facilities are kept in immaculate condition. We are looking for an individual who possesses an exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized space for our customers and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold the appearance of our showroom, offices, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring they are free from debris and stains.
- Dust and polish surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and displays.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and reporting any issues to the facilities manager.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and event setup as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is REQUIRED.
- A valid New York State driver's license is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to take direction.
- Physical ability to perform routine cleaning tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work from 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday.
- Saturday availability from 8am to 12pm as well.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
