Junior Kindergarten Co-teacher

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the junior kindergarten curriculum
- Provide a nurturing and supportive learning environment for students
- Utilize play-based and SEL teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure academic growth
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student learning and well-being
- Implement early intervention strategies for students with diverse learning needs
- Foster social-emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in curriculum development for junior kindergarten students
- Background in early childhood education theories and practices preferred
- Understanding of childhood development milestones and best practices
