Summer Camp Videographer

Overnight Camp in the Angeles National Forest seeking a videographer to 1) create content for website and promotional materials, 2) create content for social media during the summer season, and 3) teach children about video editing.

**Reports to**:Marketing & Communications Director, Senior Staff

**Salary**:$8,000

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Over 18 years of age
- Graduated from high school or equivalent
- Experience in creating video content
- Comfortable working around children
- Respectful communicator
- Ability to work within a flexible and on-demand work schedule

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce content for social media and/or website at the direction of the Marketing & Communications Director
- Plan filming agenda with C&M Director and the Camp Director
- Collaborate with M&C Director and Photo Team in documenting the camp season, ultimately creating a promotional video for camp
- Teach and guide campers in video creation and editing
- Create and maintain a system to keep video footage organized in Google Drive

**Schedule & Accommodations**:

- Videographer can commute to camp (does not have to live on site) and schedule will be flexible - created in collaboration with the videographer, Camp Director, and Communications & Marketing Director.
- Must be at camp to document special events (opening/closing day, Color War, all camp events) and general day-to-day at camp. This includes documenting field trips/beach trips/camping trips/etc.
- While on site, all meals are provided and office space is shared with the Photo Team/Photo Lab. Boarding will also be provided in assumed shared housing.
