**Office Clerk - Part-Time**

If you are looking for a rewarding part-time Office Clerk position, working in a positive office environment, with variety in the responsibilities of the position, plus opportunity for growth, working Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, then this might just be the job for you.

Job tasks will include:

- Assisting with answering phones, greeting parishioners, visitors
- Assisting with preparing letters and/or flyers
- Calendar scheduling
- Preparing report logs
- Database entries
- New responsibilities will occur as job tasks change, as needed, to streamline or improve processes
- Preparing letters

**Requirements**:
Qualifications include:

- 1 to 3 years office experience
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter
- Motivated
- Able to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Taking accurate information from visitors or callers
- Open to new challenges and opportunities
- Team player

Training will be provided on all tasks within the position.
