**Work Schedule**

Monday - Friday, 3-hrs/Day, Between (4:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks to uphold sanitation standards in the workplace.
- Utilize custodial experience to effectively manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
- Utilize industrial cleaning skills to tackle specialized cleaning tasks as needed.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and functional environment.
- Utilize relevant skills in maintenance to contribute to the overall upkeep of the facilities.
- A strong work ethic, integrity and sense of personal responsibility
- The ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Reliable commute and/or vehicle.
- Must be over 18 and able to work legally in the U.S.
- Possess a clean background (Background check is required)
