As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our hotel's reputation for cleanliness and comfort, ensuring that every guest feels right at home during their stay.

**What We're Looking For**:We're seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who is passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. If you have previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you Your ability to motivate and inspire your team, coupled with your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, will be key to your success in this role.

**Job Duties**:As a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Scholar State College, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including assigning tasks, scheduling staff, and ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to hotel standards. Occasionally, take a small board of rooms to assist Guest Room Attendants.
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Training and coaching housekeeping staff to uphold high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest service.
- Monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities and coordinating with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Responding promptly to guest requests and complaints, resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Collaborating with other hotel departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to housekeeping operations, including room status and maintenance requests.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

**Experience**:
