**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) must be certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as an RBT. Under the direction and supervision of the behavior analyst (BCBA) and Director of Behavioral Services Residential/CRS the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will implement behavior analytic programing and implementation, staff training, assist in monitoring data collection and assessments. Participate in weekly supervision meetings with the BCBCA and Director of Behavioral Services. Adhere to all professional and ethical guidelines set forth by Adelbrook, the BACB (Behavior Analyst Certification Board) and all involved parties. The RBT facilitates execution of individualized, therapeutic, positive behavioral treatment and programming on the residence. The RBT promotes communication across settings and disciples to promote a healthy and safe environment and treatment package. S/He works in collaboration with the assigned house BCBA to schedule and conduct behavioral support plan training and assures all staff are up to date on new residents and plan update. The RBT is responsible for the administration supervision of the house, they oversee the Behavioral Technicians and Teacher Support Counselors.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA

2. Provide regular written and verbal updates on data collection and program implementation

3. Ensure implementation of all Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSP) for each youth in residence

4. Support the BCBA with assessments (QABF,MAS/graphing, data collection, staff trainings/ meetings

5. Be able to give and demonstrate in the moment modeling and feedback for staff training and behavioral strategies

6. Help schedule staff and conduct monthly and quarterly initial and refresher Behavior Support Plan Trainings

7. In collaboration with the Lead BT, create structured activity schedule for residents and audit daily milieu notes

8. Review professional development necessary to promote best practice in behavioral service, stay up to date on research

9. Review and follow up on critical incident reports for the house including review of all incidents of restraints, seclusion, AWOL, and police calls to improve performance

10. Provide monthly/as needed documented supervision for and evaluate the performances of BT, and when appropriate and in conjunction with the Learning Center Teacher Support Counselors for the house

11. Participate actively in the interviewing and selection process for Residential Counselors and Teacher Support Counselors assigned to the house

12. Collaborate with all professional parties to maintain a professional working relationship and display exemplary role modeling on the job and when in contact with residents

13. Ability to work flexible scheduling of various shifts and days and where the need is

14. Cooperate with the Learning Center by being present during school hours, assist with resident’s behaviors and work with assigned school personnel regarding all residents assigned to the House

15. Experience with Microsoft word/PPT/Excel

16. Stay up to date on all necessary agency trainings and requirements

17. Attend all Treatment Team Meetings and present on material inputted from various disciples

18. Attend weekly individual supervision with Behavior Analysts/Director of Behavioral Services Residential/CRS to monitor and review:
a. Monitor report progress on behavior

b. Implementation on behavior plans or necessary changes

c. Review current literature in behavior analysis

d. Review efficacy of behavior intervention plans and implementation

e. Monitoring and updates on staff efficacy and implementation of house plans

19. Perform other duties as requested by Behavior Analyst or Director of Residential Program

20. Reports professionally to the Director of Behavioral Services Residential/CRS

21. Reports administratively to the Program Coordinator
