**Chiropractic Assistant**

Alpine Chiropractic & Natural Medicine, PC is a Oregon, IL-based private practice that specializes in Chiropractic and Massage Therapy. We are looking for the perfect individual to join our growing practice and help with front desk and billing responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and checking patients in and out
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing and Assisting with Patient's charts
- Providing excellent patient care by listening to patients' concerns and providing options for resolution
- Assisting with therapies
- In some cases: entering and recording insurance payments and managing patient accounts
- Maintaining the highest level of professional standards and ethics in all aspects of your work.
- General Office Maintenance/Cleaning/Organization

**Qualifications**:

- Medical administrative support
- Patient service experience
- Front desk skills
- Office experience
- Knowledge of EMR systems
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office
- Strong organizational and communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
