**Duties**:

- Provide direct support to clients in their daily activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring proper infection control measures are followed
- Provide childcare services for clients with children, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Follow HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality
- Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity at all times
- Work with individuals on the autism spectrum, providing support and implementing strategies as directed by professionals
- Provide hospice care for terminally ill clients, offering comfort and emotional support
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices
- Familiarity with working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate nature and ability to provide emotional support to clients in need
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

This position offers competitive pay based on experience.
