We are a respected busy boutique trial powerhouse renowned for handling a wide range of complex cases. Our dedicated team represents both Plaintiffs and Defendants, providing a comprehensive perspective on legal matters. We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with expertise in general liability defense litigation, medical malpractice, construction accidents, commercial, personal injury, condominium, and business litigation
- Self-motivated, dependable and punctual and thrive in a busy and collaborative environment
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts for case preparation
- Draft correspondence and communicate with clients
- Manage document production and discovery processes
- Prepare trial binders and exhibits for court proceedings
- Write case briefs and synopses of depositions, contracts, and testimony.
- Conduct thorough statistical/documentary research.
- Source and verify important case intelligence.
- Maintain an updated case record system.
- Facilitate the meeting of deadlines by keeping multiple agendas and providing timely reminders.
**Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal in litigation and personal injury fields.
- Knowledge of the constitution, legal terminology, regulations, and court system.
- Working knowledge of litigation management software systems is a plus.
- Experience in e-filing on both State and Federal levels.
- Proficiency in Spanish a plus.
- Outstanding time-management and organization skills.
- Ability to multitask and be comfortable dealing with a diverse pool of people.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
