Spanish Teacher

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the provided curriculum and cater to the needs of primary students (K-3).
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for the Spanish language and Hispanic cultures.
- Teach fundamental Spanish vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, and basic conversational skills appropriate for primary students.
- Incorporate cultural activities, stories, songs, and games to enhance students' understanding and appreciation of Hispanic communities worldwide.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through various forms of assessment, including verbal and written exercises, projects, and presentations.
- Provide regular feedback to students, parents, and school administration on student performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create an integrated and cohesive learning experience for students.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience teaching Spanish to young children, particularly primary students (K-3), is highly desirable.
- Passion for working with children and a strong ability to engage and inspire young learners.
- Knowledge and appreciation of Hispanic cultures, including their customs, traditions, and contributions to the world.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and deliver effective lessons.
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
