**Summary**:

**Key **Responsibilities**:

- ** Ownership** **of** **Global Standards within the IBP Supply Step**:Develop and maintain global best practices across regions and businesses to drive effective Supply Reviews within the Integrated Business Planning process.
- ** Supply Planning Strategy**: Develop and implement robust supply chain and master scheduling strategies across three distinct business units, aligning them with organizational objectives and standards.
- **Process Optimization**: Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes, reducing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency within the supply chain functions.
- ** Performance Measurement**: Utilize advanced analytics and performance metrics to monitor and evaluate supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- ** Collaboration with Business Units**: Coordinate global supply efforts to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and execution of supply chain activities across various regions and business units.
- ** Training and Development**: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials to build supply chain capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- ** Systems Capability**: Coordinate standard toolsets across regions and businesses to enable overall supply chain capability

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a focus on master scheduling, inventory management, and supply planning. CHEMICAL industry alignment strongly preferred.
- Travel required: approx. 25%.
- Demonstrated experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
- Proven track record of implementing supply chain best practices and leading continuous improvement initiatives within a global organization.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize supply chain performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire teams, drive change, and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, particularly SAP, with expertise in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) module. Experience with Microsoft Power BI a plus.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP) preferred.
