Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Dance Instructor to join our team. As a Dance Instructor, you will have the exciting opportunity to inspire students of all ages through the art of dance. Your role will involve teaching various dance styles, fostering creativity, and promoting a love for movement and expression.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement engaging dance lessons for students at different skill levels
- Create choreography for performances, recitals, or competitions
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their technique and performance
- Plan and organize dance classes, ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to coordinate events and showcase student achievements
- Stay current on trends in dance education and incorporate innovative teaching methods into lessons

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with students in a dance studio or educational setting
- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline while fostering creativity
- Knowledge of various dance styles such as ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, etc.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students

Pay: $20.27 - $24.41 per hour
