**Funding Raising Director (Real Estate) Bilingual Mandarin**

**Company Description**:
American Chengyi Investment Management Group is a leading real estate investment and development company headquartered in Long Island, NY. The company specializes in the development of commercial, residential, and multi-use buildings and ground-up projects across regions. The company has a portfolio in Queens and upcoming projects in Long Island. Additionally, the company manages partnerships in manufacturing, finance, cultural tourism, medical products, food import and export, healthcare, etc.

1. Raising debt and equity. Responsible for the company's contact with financial institutions, investment institutions, and venture capital institutions; responsible for finding financing capital, and comprehensive planning of financing projects;
2. Responsible for the discovery and maintenance of financing channels, and the preliminary planning of investment projects; responsible for introducing external funds, designing cooperation models, and investment and financing support for enterprise development;
3. Responsible for assisting company directors to reasonably allocate capital and equity; responsible for expanding and maintaining the relationship between the company and the capital market. Responsible for writing project proposals, feasibility study reports, and business plans;
4. Assisting in the whole process of the Group's investment and financing and asset management projects, including project development, screening, evaluation, project creation, research, transaction structure design, negotiation, contracting, and post-investment management;
5. Assist in docking with financial institutions, investment institutions, intermediaries, partners, etc., to find financing capital and plan investment and financing projects according to the development needs of the Group.

6. Predict and assess the possible risks of investment and financing, supervise the implementation of investment and financing projects, and make recommendations and advice;
**Qualifications for the position**:
1. Master's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, law, and other related majors.

2. 5-10 years of working experience in investment banking or financial industry.

3. Rich financing channels and extensive interpersonal relationships in the industry; a wide range of contacts, able to effectively develop customer resources;
4. Excellent business negotiation skills and good professional conduct.

5. Proficient in financing, investment analysis, and risk assessment, with strong data collection and analysis capabilities.

6. Familiar with and compliant with policies and information on relevant industries and industries, familiar with capital operation.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
