Physician Relations Manager

**Responsibilities**:
An independent experienced innovative medical office professional with a sales and marketing background would flourish in this role.
**The typical territories include **Philadelphia, and Southern New Jersey.**
Responsible for working with peer PRM staff, marketing, and leadership to plan and implement effective outreach efforts focusing on key service lines, individual service offerings, service locations as growth opportunities in the hospital’s target markets. The position primarily focuses on developing and improving hospital referral relationships with physicians in the service area, with the goal of increasing the selection of the Facilities for inpatient and outpatient services by physicians who utilize the facilities and those who also select facilities.

**Education Requirements**
- 4 year Bachelor's Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
- ** Working knowledge of NICU population and pediatric medical services**

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Adequate to perform job duties in person and over the telephone.
