Head of Service for our girls STRTP facility must have a Masters Degree in social work or related field with BBS registration AND at least 1 year experience of case management in children’s residential treatment, child welfare, mental health or other related field working with children. Experience with adults **does not** qualify. **Must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences and have an ACTIVE number.**

You will also be responsible for managing our mental health unit which includes providing staff supervision and trying and working with the various mental health collaboratives. Your ability to work with diverse populations, demonstrate empathy, and navigate complex situations will be crucial in ensuring the well-being of those you serve.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
