Warehouse Associate

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Inspect your assigned material handling equipment and/or work area for safety issues.
- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Identify the correct pick location and pick in accordance to the system.
- Pick the correct item and quantity, checking UPC's or item descriptions.
- Assure that products being selected are not damaged and are picked correctly.
- Verify product is correct and packaged for shipping to ensure the highest level of quality.
- Use shipping system to generate UPS/ Fed Ex labels for each package.
- Assist other fellow associates when in need.
- Assist in cleaning when all selection is complete.
- Other Duties as assigned
- All positions are crossed trained for assembly, shipping, picking, packing

**Qualifications**:

- Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years experience in a warehouse environment picking or packing
- Prefer previous experience on Forklift, Cherry Picker, and electric pallet jacks
- Physical Requirements: Occasional lifting up to 70 pounds, Frequent lifting is 50 pounds or less.

Limited Exposure to environmental conditions

**Experience**: Preferred
- 1 - 3 years: Fork lift, cherry picker, electric pallet jack
- Less than 3 year(s): Working in a warehouse environment
- Less than 3 year(s): Picking/packing

**Education**: Required
- High School or better
